Proposed Pilgrimage Itinerary *
Saturday, May 2nd - Depart Dublin for France
Gather at Dublin Airport for your evening flight to Toulouse, where you will be met by your guide and transferred by
private coach to the stunning medieval cliffside sanctuary of Rocamadour. Upon arrival, check in to the Hotel Lion
d'Or. Overnight in Rocamadour.
Sunday, May 3rd - Rocamadour to Nevers
Begin the morning with Mass at the Sanctuary of Rocamadour, set dramatically into the cliffs overlooking the Alzou
River. Following time for personal prayer, depart for Nevers, travelling north through the peaceful French
countryside. On arrival, check into the Hotel Kyriad. After dinner, take a quiet stroll or enjoy time at leisure in
preparation for tomorrow's visit to the Convent of St. Gildard. Overnight in Nevers.
Monday, May 4th - Nevers and Onward to Paris
This morning, visit the Convent of St. Gildard, where the incorrupt body of St. Bernadette rests in the chapel.
Celebrate Mass and take time to explore the museum and gardens of this peaceful sanctuary. Afterwards, continue
your journey to Paris, the heart of French Catholic life. Upon arrival, check into Hotel Porte d'Italie and enjoy dinner.
Overnight in Paris.
Tuesday, May 5th - Rue du Bac
After breakfast, begin your day with Mass at the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal on Rue du Bac, site of the
apparitions of Our Lady to St. Catherine Labour�. Nearby, visit the tomb of St. Vincent de Paul. In the afternoon,
enjoy panoramic sightseeing tour around Paris. Optional cruise on the river Seine before returning to your hotel.
Dinner and overnight in Paris.
Wednesday, May 6th - Lisieux: In the Footsteps of the Little Flower
After an early breakfast, we journey northwest to Lisieux, the beloved hometown of St. Th�r�se of the Child Jesus,
the Little Flower. Visit Les Buissonnets, her childhood home, followed by Mass at the Carmelite Convent, where
Th�r�se entered religious life and where her relics now rest.
Later, we visit the magnificent Basilica of St. Th�r�se, one of the most visited pilgrimage sites in France, where you
may spend time in prayer and thanksgiving. After dinner, check in to the Ibis Styles hotel in Lisieux, where we spend
our final night in France. Overnight in Lisieux.
Thursday, May 7th - Return to Ireland
After breakfast, pilgrims will have the morning free to enjoy final visits within the Lisieux sanctuary area. You may
choose to return to the Basilica of St. Th�r�se for private prayer, light a candle, or visit the Crypt, where her relics are
held. For those who wish, there will be time to stop again at the Carmelite Convent chapel, where Th�r�se lived and
died, or to visit the Chapel of Adoration nearby. Those interested may also walk the Stations of the Cross on the
hillside path leading up to the Basilica, or spend quiet time in the peaceful gardens surrounding Les Buissonnets.
Around 1pm, we depart by coach for Paris Beauvais Airport, where we check in for our afternoon flight to Dublin. As
we return home, we give thanks for the saints who have walked beside us in spirit�Bernadette, Catherine, Vincent,
and Th�r�se�and for the deep peace and grace received throughout this beautiful journey.
*It is our intention to follow the itinerary as outlined above, however due to many factors like local holidays, traffic or weather conditions it may be necessary to make changes to the order of events or even the cancelation of certain events.
