Pilgrimage Itinerary
Sunday 10th February
Morning check in at Dublin airport for our Aer Lingus flight to Toulouse. Upon arriving at Toulouse airport, make your way to the baggage claim area and collect your luggage. Proceed to the arrival's hall, where you will be greeted by your Marian Pilgrimages tour guide. You will embark on a scenic drive to Lourdes. Check-in the 4 Hotel Helgon, and then relax or explore before dinner. Following dinner, we will attend the candlelight procession. These processions are lit by candlelight and guided by the Most Holy Rosary.
Monday 11th February
This morning we gather in the Basilica of St Pius X, for International Mass celebrating the Anniversary of St Bernadette's first apparitions. Group photo. After Lunch we take a walking tour to the Boly Mill, where Bernadette was born, and to the Cachot, an abandoned prison where Bernadette's family lived. The Parish Church to see the baptism font and the local cemetery where her extended family are buried. Return to the hotel for some free time before Dinner. After Dinner we participate in the evening torchlight procession.
Tuesday 12th February
After Morning Mass we will visit the Baths. Afternoon free for private prayer and reflection. After Dinner we participate in the evening torchlight procession.
Wednesday 13th February
Morning Mass and some free time before our transfer to Bordeaux Airport for our return flight to Dublin with Aer Lingus departing at 15:20 and due in Dublin at 16:20.
*It is our intention to follow the itinerary as outlined above, however due to many factors like local holidays, traffic or weather conditions it may be necessary to make changes to the order of events or even the cancelation of certain events.
