Although the beginning of 2021 is not entirely as we would have wished, it has brought with it a great sense of hope. As we write to you, people are currently being vaccinated and thanks to our wonderful researchers and scientists, there is now light!
Our priority from the beginning of the pandemic has always been the safety of both our pilgrims and staff and although our office is currently closed, our phone lines continue to stay open from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday with our emails monitored throughout the day. Please do give us a call as although we cannot see one another in these days, it is always good to talk(!) and important to stay in touch.
Our technology in place has allowed us to continue our work and although we must stay physically apart in these days, the Marian Pilgrimages family is more united than ever. The period of restrictions has given us the opportunity to work together on projects to both enhance and develop our programme and when our health experts feel the time is right, we will be ready to restart our pilgrimages. As we embark on a new year, we are very excited to be launching our new website in the coming weeks so please do “Watch this space!”
We encourage you all to continue to carefully follow the guidelines of our health experts as together we strive to arrive at the better and more beautiful days that await us. Our prayer meetings, which have been enjoyed by many, will resume in the coming days and can be accessed through Facebook, YouTube and Zoom.
Please, join us in prayer as we consecrate all our pilgrims and staff to Our Lady and St. Joseph. Lord, in this time we ask you to bless all who are unwell, we implore you to protect us, eliminate all fear and anxiety and increase our trust in you.
